Patricia (Patti) Ratcliff graduated a proud Mount Healthy Owl in 1966. After completing high school, she attended beauty school for hair design where she found a calling for customer service. As she continued to grow in her customer service skills, Patti moved on to Ponderosa where she became a company trainer teaching customer service to new employees. Patti takes her job very personally. She believes the customer comes first and believes a satisfied customer is her reward of a job well done. As she continues to learn the insurance industry, she has retained her customer service skills. Her upbeat, go-getter attitude is contagious in the Dwyer Insurance office. Keeping customers happy is her goal, which fits in perfectly with our business objective.
