The Dwyer Insurance Team

Tanya graduated from McAuley High School in 1995. She joined Dwyer Insurance in 2003 and gained her property and casualty agent’s license in 2005. Since joining the agency Tanya continues to focus on providing excellent customer service in the areas of personal and commercial insurance. Recently she earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation which will further her knowledge to service Dwyer clients. Tanya enjoys the family atmosphere at Dwyer Insurance and her relationships with our clients.

Katie attended both McAuley and Colerain High Schools and graduated in 1994. After working several years with her father’s consulting business she moved on to work 12 years with the law firm of Butkovich & Crosthwaite. She quickly was promoted through hard work and dedication as a paralegal specializing in customer service, researching and administrative assistance. Katie joined the Dwyer Agency in 2010 and is a fully-licensed agent. She is also looking forward to continuing her education and developing the expertise to provide the best service for our customers.

Scott began his insurance career in 1991; when he joined his father in their family agency. He graduated from Boone County High School in 1989 and obtained his degree from Northern Kentucky University in 1995. He is licensed in property & casualty plus life & health. With over twenty years of experience, Scott works with his clients to better understand their unique financial risks and to help find the most competitive insurance solutions for their needs.

Brett is a 2012 graduate of Patrick Henry High School in Hamler, Ohio. He then attended the University of Cincinnati where he became a manager for the women’s basketball program while pursuing a degree in Sports Administration. After graduating in 2016 he began working as general manager of a golf course in Florence, Kentucky before trying his hand in insurance. Shortly after joining Dwyer Insurance Agency in 2017, he became a licensed property and casualty Agent. Brett plans to further his insurance education and knowledge in order to serve all customers in an accurate and efficient manner.

Josh attended Chicago State University where he majored in psychology and played Division I baseball before working for the Chicago Tribune. Later, he moved to Cincinnati and worked as a salesman for 5 years before joining Dwyer as our licensed Commercial Insurance Producer. Josh now partners with business owners to provide customized protection and personal service.

Brady Renners recently joined the Dwyer Insurance Agency. He has extensive insurance experience from owning and operating Brady Renners & Associates Insurance Agency for 28 years. Brady is a 1989 graduate of Fairfield High School and graduated from Kent State University in 1993, where he excelled as a student-athlete. Brady was a four-year starter and Academic All-American for Kent State University’s football team. Brady started his agency in 1994 and he specializes in auto, home, small business, and life insurance. His experience and ability to help customers in a timely manner make him an asset to Dwyer Insurance.

Samantha graduated from Colerain High School in 2015. She has a background in the medical field, where she honored her customer service skills and discovered her passion for helping others. Samantha embarked on her insurance career with Dwyer Insurance in January of 2024 and aspires to further her education to become a licensed insurance agent. Known for her outgoing personality and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed, Samantha is dedicated to making a positive impact in both her professional and personal endeavors.

Olivia is a graduate of Roger Bacon High School (2019). She went on to attend the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has a passion for building client relationships and making connections. Olivia is eager to learn and develop further skills in the insurance industry. She looks forward to leveraging her education and experiences to foster growth and success within the team.

Haley graduated from Colerain High School in 2020 and went on to attend the University of Cincinnati. She brings a strong background in customer service, where she developed a passion for helping others. Haley joined our agency in December 2024. She is committed to continuing her education and further developing skills in the insurance industry. She looks forward to creating a positive experience for all clients.

Stacey graduated in 2009 from East Central High School. She then earned her Associates Degree at Cincinnati State in Applied Business. Stacey joined Dwyer Insurance in April of 2025 bringing 16 years of customer service experience in Retail Management. She obtained her Property & Casualty License in August of 2025. Stacey is committed to delivering exceptional service with a positive, client-focused approach. She believes in treating every client like family—taking the time to understand their needs, educate them on their options, and ensure they feel confident and protected.
